In my experience I have learned to take them to a machine shop, let them press the old bushings out and press the new ones in. I screwed up a upper control arm once trying to drive them out with a air hammer. Feb 20, #3. Jan 01, I currently have the rear cradle dropped to change out cradle bushings. I am also trying to change out the upper control arm bushing(the one with the housing bolted to the cradle).
